Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Hannah Horecka
Vinyasa means “to place in a special way,” referring to the postures. Breath-linked movement is used to flow from one posture to the next through a series of specially planned postures, often building to a specific goal or posture. This invigorating, aerobic class helps build stamina, strength, and still release the stress of daily life. No experience necessary for this class, just an open mind and will to move.
